Reality TV star Heather Dubrow has spoken out about her co-star Shannon Beador’s recent arrest for driving under the influence. During an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Dubrow expressed her hopes that Beador could learn from her actions and take some time to figure out her next steps. Dubrow revealed that she had not spoken to Beador since the incident.

Dubrow also texted Beador but did not disclose whether she received a reply. She emphasized that the most important thing is that no one was hurt during the incident. Beador was arrested for two misdemeanors – a hit-and-run and driving under the influence – and was subsequently released without bond by the Newport Beach Police Department.

Beador’s lawyer, Michael Fell, released a statement saying that Beador is extremely apologetic and remorseful about the incident. Fell stated that they are awaiting official information on the case and that Beador is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.

Beador plans to start counseling

In the aftermath of the arrest, Beador’s friend, Jeff Lewis, revealed that she plans to start counseling. Lewis stated that he doesn’t believe Beador is an alcoholic but rather going through personal struggles and using alcohol as a coping mechanism.

Despite claims that she does not have a drinking problem, Beador has yet to address her DUI arrest further. Dubrow was pressed by Andy Cohen about how she thinks Beador should deal with the fallout. Dubrow jokingly responded that they didn’t have time for that.

Their co-star, Gina Kirschenheiter, has expressed concern for Beador’s mental and emotional state. Kirschenheiter mentioned that Beador is not in a good place and that she now has sympathy for her situation. She emphasized that it is hard to watch someone else come out of their struggle when you’re still going through your own.

It is important to note that if you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse, you can contact the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).

The RHOC cast members are rallying around Shannon Beador after her DUI arrest, with Heather Dubrow urging her to take time to reflect and figure out her next steps. The incident serves as a reminder of the consequences of driving under the influence and the importance of seeking help for personal struggles.
